Many of the custom enclosures we design are manufactured using plastic injection moulding. We also design for die casting, sheet metal, and low volume moulding techniques such as RIM casting and vacuum casting where appropriate.
We will assist you in developing the design specification, so we know exactly what is required technically and by your customers.
Using idea generation techniques and our conceptual design skills, we will create a range of innovative designs for your consideration.
With a design agreed, we will develop detailed 3D CAD models. With this data we can supply high quality prototypes using a range of rapid prototyping techniques.
Utilising our existing supply chain, we will take your new enclosure forward into full manufacture.
