Beauty Product Design

Crystal Clear’s Managing Director, Sharon Hilditch MBE, had an idea and loose concept in her mind as to how the product would work. The size of a pen, the product would dispense an anti-ageing serum and, using a ball-bearing and a battery-powered motor to create vibration, help absorb it into the skin.

Working closely with the client, we took Sharon’s original idea and presented a few early design concepts to demonstrate how the product would be configured. After taking on board the feedback, we optimised the design and worked with intellectual property executives to submit the appropriate patent applications.

Once a design was agreed upon, we then created a series of prototypes to support the assessment process and sustain clinical trials, alongside various other tests.

The Result

We developed and produced a one-of-a-kind product that was effective yet attractive, enabling Crystal Clear to strengthen their product offering and build on their impressive customer base. Launched to the press at the end of 2012, Lift Away the Years has been well received and is enjoying great success with customers across the world – both old and new.
